Returns & Refunds Policy

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return, as per UK consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Use secure packaging (original or equivalent) to prevent damage during return.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at emeraldshoesuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and an address.

  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

  • Items that are worn, damaged, or not in original condition.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a free return label and offer a replacement or full refund, as per your preference.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs (£5) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping Policy

UK Standard Delivery

  • Flat Rate: £5

  • Delivery Time: 2–3 working days after dispatch

  • Couriers: Royal Mail and other trusted UK couriers

  • Processing: All in-stock items are dispatched the next working day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Dispatch Information

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available) once your order has been dispatched.

Collection Items

If your order includes items marked for collection, we will contact you via phone or email to confirm when your item is ready. Collection details, including times and location (190 Stamford Hill, London, UK), will be provided.

Delays or Stock Issues

In the unlikely event of stock issues or delays, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone to provide updates and offer alternatives (e.g., refund or replacement).
